Billboard.io Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Billboard.io, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through Billboard.io (collectively, the "Service"). Please read the Terms carefully before using the Service.

Billboard.io is a service and trading name of Ready Player Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with registration number: 14773858.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of these Terms, then you may not access or use the Service.

2. Access to the Service

Subject to these Terms, Billboard.io grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes. You must abide by all applicable laws and regulations when using the Service.

3. User Accounts

In order to access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription, Payment, and Refunds

Some features of the Service may require payment of fees. By subscribing to these features, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your subscription in accordance with the billing terms in effect at the time the fee or charge becomes payable.

Our payment process is conducted by our payment processor Paddle. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns. All fees are inclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. Paddle will collect those taxes on behalf of taxing authority and remit those taxes to taxing authorities. Fees paid hereunder are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Billboard.io and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, and other laws of both the United Kingdom and foreign countries.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Billboard.io, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
